Bespoke Industrial Magnetic Solutions
At Rowland Magnetic Solutions, we design and manufacture magnetic filtration equipment for a wide range of industries world-wide, including food, chemical, pharmaceutical, ceramic, oil, gas, animal feed and recycling.
Our magnetic separators can remove larger contaminants such as nuts, bolts and screws, as well as ferrous particles as small as 30 microns and tiny paramagnetic particles such as stainless steel scrapings from worn equipment. We employ hygienic design and manufacture principles to ensure there are no cracks or crevices where product may get trapped allowing bacteria to grow. Our high performing separators utilise powerful Rare Earth (Neodymium) magnets and can be made to strengths of up to 12000 gauss. We can supply ATEX certified products where required.
We also design and manufacture magnetic solutions to aid lifting and handling processes, including fork lift magnets, palletization magnets, magnetic sheet separators and magnetic assemblies for conveyor belt systems.
